Have you ever wondered what kind of ice cream Aladin, Jasmine and the Ringmaster from the movie "Aladin" would eat if they could choose any flavor? Well now you can find out thanks to international ice cream chain Baskin Robbins and Indian media studio Eros.
In a clever promotion stunt, Riteish Deshmukh, who plays Aladin in Sujoy Ghosh’s Bollywood remake of the classic movie, and Jacqueline Fernandez, who plays his bride Jasmine, were asked to create three new Baskin Robbins Aladin Ice Cream Flavors inspired by their characters in the comedy flick.
So what did the "Do Knot Disturb" star and former Miss Sri Lanka come up with?
Well, Aladin’s character was behind the creation of Choco 'aladin, a malt flavored ice cream swirled with a chocolate fudge ribbon and chocolate bits. Princess' Delite, a creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with chocolate coated nuts and swirled with a chocolate ribbon, was inspired by the beautiful Jasmine, while Ringmaster's Whip, well you guessed it, comes from Sanjay Dutt’s devilish character. The flavor combines chocolate ribbon and chocolate chips with chocolate ice cream.
